Pat has always been attracted to our fuzzy, four legged friends and they have always been attracted to her. Strays have always followed her home knowing that she has a welcoming, warm heart. She has always had a pack of her own: Dalmations, Queenslands and Mutts have always ended up making her home theirs. Since 2003 she has been the owner and operator of Happy Tails Boarding Kennel LLC and is the main reason why Tails are' waggin' and pets are braggin'. She spends all her time giving the pups personal affection, special attention and lots of love. Fuzz therapy is Pats specialty and your pet will truly enjoy his/her stay at Happy Tais thanks to her attention to your pups needs.

Rebecca MacKay

Rebecca is Pat's daughter and does a little bit of everything at the Kennel. From childhood Rebecca has always had a pack of dogs around her. She has been a dog breeder and a dog massage therapist. She has raised Queensand's and has had some extraordinary canine companions along her travels. She currently lives with Fionn an Irish Wolfhound. This "King of Dogs" is a very big boy with a very big heart. Rebecca also writes and illustrates childrens' books, and is the mother of the youngest member of the Happy Tails team, Wilde.
